Are You Looking to Build a Career That Contributes to a Brighter Future?
1. Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end tasks like accruals for travel and intercompany charges.
2. Process Documentation: Update documentation and support internal controls.
3. Data Analysis: Conduct basic analysis and create reports for internal stakeholders.
4. Intercompany Transactions: Review transactions using IC CUBE for accuracy.
5. Invoicing: Issue internal invoices and ensure proper documentation.
6. Journal Entries: Prepare and submit journals to reconcile balances.
7. Expense Audits: Audit travel and expense reports in Concur and Detect for compliance.

What We’re Looking For？
1. Education: Relevant diploma or higher (e.g., accounting, finance).
2. Experience: Prior accounting or finance experience, ideally with month-end processes.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and financial tools.
4. Language Skills: Good Chinese and English (spoken and written).
5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork and customer-*** mindset.
6. Attention to Detail: Accurate and compliant work.
7. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve discrepancies and support employees.
