What you'll do:

You will work in a scrum team to:

Support VT hiring – screen application; organize and track relevant data; support tele-interview; coordinate online assessment and onsite interview, etc.
Support VT training design and delivery – coordinate the logistics arrangement; onsite training support; data analysis and tracking, etc.
Support VT routine operational work

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in HR or related is an advantage
Being able to communicate in English
Responsible and proactive
A real team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.
Working experience is an advantage
2027 Graduates are preferred, can work minimum 3 days a week onsite in Shanghai for at least 6 months and prefer 1 year above
