工作内容：
- Accomplish annual target by conversion, renew and recovery contracts signing;
在用电梯免保转签、续签、市场电梯恢复的合同签约，完成公司下达的业务目标；
- Collect and analyze maintenance market & competition information, establish personal recovery candidates pool;
所在市场的市场信息、竞争信息收集并建立个人重获的机会清单数据库；
- Price Negotiation and Price Adjustment
进行价格谈判及提价；
- Customer Relationship Maintain and Extension;
客户关系维护和拓展；
- Make Customer visitation plan and conduct it;
按照销售拜访的要求计划及执行客户拜访；
- Attend Sales Regular Meeting, Feedback Visitation Result and Conduct Monthly Forecast
按时参加服务销售例会，及时反馈销售活动信息，完成项目预测；
- Quotations/Proposal/Contract/Tender/Customer Communication Letter Preparation, familiar in use of sales tools;
报价方案、评审、合同、招投标及其他客户往来函件的文档准备,能熟练使用销售系统工具；
- Assist on Large repair job and AR collection of difficult situation;
协助进行大修谈判和疑难项目的AR回收；
- Finish other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
完成上级临时安排的其他任务；


岗位要求：
85 本科学历（985、211优先），应届毕业生（2024年7月毕业）；
85 市场营销、销售管理或者电气、机械、机电一体化等相关专业毕业；
85 具有较强的学习、领悟、沟通表达和抗压能力；
85 对销售有浓厚的兴趣；
85 良好的个人形象；
