RESPONSIBILITIES OF PHYSICS/MATERIALS SCIENCE/MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TEACHER

lTeaching in the area of Applied Physics/Materials Science & Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering at undergraduate level

lDeveloping learning environments that are flexible, interactive, student-oriented

lUtilizing appropriate teaching platform

lContributing to the overall course development, incorporating new trends in innovative teaching strategies and approaches.

英语教师岗位职责:

l教授学术英语课程，包括听力、口语和写作；

l根据课程类型和学习者选择合适的教材、教学资源和方法；

l营造互动性强、以学生为导向的学习环境;

l熟练掌握教学管理平台；

l协助学生和项目评估；

l协助课外项目活动；

l参加教师会议和其它教学活动；

l鼓励参与课程开发。

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ENGLISH TEACHER

lAcademic English teaching, including listening, speaking and writing

lSelecting appropriate materials, resources and approaches according to the course type and learners

lDeveloping learning environments that are flexible, interactive and student-oriented

lUtilizing appropriate teaching platform

lAssisting in student and program assessment

lAssisting in extracurricular program activities

lParticipating in faculty meetings and extracurricular program activities

lAdditional involvement in on-going curriculum development and other professional development projects are encouraged

物理、材料、机械专业专任教师岗位基本要求：

l获得相关专业博士学位；

l具备相关专业教学经验；

l优秀的沟通和授课技巧；

l具备良好的团队合作能力；

l具备全英文教学能力；

l无违反师德师风行为；

l具有国际或多元文化教学经验者优先。

REQUIREMENTS FOR PHYSICS/MATERIALS SCIENCE/MECHANICAL ENGINEERING TEACHER

lA PhD degree in a relevant field

lTeaching experiences in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Science & Engineering/ Applied Physics or a relevant field

lExcellent communication and presentation skills

lAbility to work enthusiastically and collaboratively

lAbility of teaching and assessing in English language

lHave no record of violations of professional ethics and moral standards in education

lTeaching experiences in international/multi-cultural environment(s) would be preferable

英语教师岗位基本要求：

l英语为母语者；

l拥有TESOL或相关领域的学士或以上学位；

l具备至少一年在高校教授学术英语的经验。

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENGLISH TEACHER

lNative speakers of English

lBachelor degree or above in TESOL or related field

lAt least one year of experience teaching academic English at higher education level (undergraduate or postgraduate)

岗位待遇：

l合同制，首签3年，可续签。

l薪资范围：物理、材料、机械专业专任教师300,000-900,000人民币/年；英语教师130,000-350,000人民币/年。

l如应聘人员符合河北工业大学人才引进条件，根据应聘者个人意愿可参加我校人才招聘考评考核，符合条件者，则可按照学校人才引进要求录用并落实相应岗位薪资待遇。

SALARY RANGE & EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

l3-year contract, renewable

lSalary range: 300,000 to 900,000 RMB/year for Physics/Materials Science/Mechanical Engineering teachers, 130,000 to 350,000 RMB/year for English teachers.

lIf candidates meet the talent recruitment criteria of Hebei University of Technology, according to their personal wishes, the applicants could participate in the talent recruitment assessment of the university.
