Must:

Preferrable:
6169691. Bachelor degree or above in computer related majors
6169692. Rich practical experience in the field of desktop support
6169693. Have a deep understanding of IT service management, have certain experience in building service support systems, and hold ITIL related certifications is preferred
6169694. Strong operational data refining and analysis capabilities, with practical experience in data-driven continuous service improvement
