职位描述：
1. 在公司各部门（生产制造部、质量部、物流部、项目部、销售部等）进行定期轮岗，熟悉部门的主要工作和必要技能；
2. 轮岗期间，需协助公司完成跨部门的相关项目，完成能力规划的训练和培养；
3. 轮岗后，根据自身意愿和公司需求进行部门定岗，深入发展和提升业务能力；
4. 根据任务完成业绩指标，后期进行定期考核。
5. 协助部门领导进行相关数据录入、监控和分析，并结合数据分析结果，对相关工作提出建议和方案；
6. 适应和了解公司企业文化，跟随部门领导学习团队协调管理技能，协助进行部门内外部沟通协作；
7. 完成部门领导安排的其他工作；

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，2024年或2025年应届毕业生，机械类、机电、自动化、电气等工科类专业，担当过学生会干部的优先考虑；
2. 良好的沟通能力、组织能力和执行力；
3. 喜欢自我挑战，具备积极的进取心；
4. 具备一定的抗压能力，良好的团队协作意识和能力；
