Job Description:
61 Lead and Innovate: Dive into semiconductor chip reliability testing,
spearheading the development and optimization of testing flow, testing
software, and data analysis scripts to ensure leading edge chip quality.
61 Set Industry Standards: Customize high-standard reliability metrics and
specifications, collaborating across departments to drive technological
innovation and process upgrades, ensuring our products set the benchmark for
reliability.
61 Research and Model: Conduct in-depth research on reliability degradation
mechanisms, establish predictive models, and accurately assess risks in
processes and production lines.





Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:
61 Educational Background: Master's or Ph.D. degree in electronics, physics,
materials, chemistry, or related science and engineering fields.
