Job Description:

● Develops wafer level test programs that validate products functions as designed, debugs products issue, performs redundancy analysis schemes, drives improvement to product yield.
● Analyzes and evaluates test specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capabilities.
● Partners with product owners and module engineer to troubleshoot and resolve test problems. Ensures excellent overall sort/test product health and performance.
● Completes new product/new stepping introductions, works with product partners and other stakeholders on product schedules.
● Monitors product health and responds to deviations in performance. Responds to and contains quality excursions, support factory production commits with product disposition and troubleshooting of discrepant materials.

Qualifications:

● The successful candidate will be a Bachelor/Master Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Automation and Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
● Excellent problem solving, technical, team and communication skills.
● Intermediate C/C++ Programming. Other object-oriented programming skill like Python/Perl, would be advantage for this position.
● Experience in DFT, BIST are also preferred.
● Fluent in English and Mandarin. Fluent Korean are also preferred.
