● Mainly focus on production and technician management in factory.
● Set priorities for the team and get results through people.
● Manage/develop technicians, supervise/monitor the daily work to meet safety, quality, delivery, equipment stability etc.
● Shift schedule (7*24) is one of the challenge, while you can grow people management skills very fast by working with diversified talents and solving complex problems in an inclusive organization.

Qualifications:

● MS degree with scientific or engineering related background.
● Good communication skill.
● Good at stress management and willing to work in a challenging environment.
● Willing to run shift schedule.
● Fast learner is expected
