Job Responsibilities:
- Support with in-depth performance failure analysis to business teams using microscopic techniques around regions in Asia.
- Participate in projects in collaboration with Global R&D for the novel products /processes development.
- Acquire high quality microscopic images of the defects leading to board failure by operating SEM.
- Establish a cause-and-effect link for the common performance failures for an easy consequent investigation of the failure mechanism.
- Complete failure analysis summary in the form of the professional reports, subject to the further interactions within and outside the organization.
- Support both internal and external customers with basic trainings over topics related to the above responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- 5+ years of lab experience preferably in the plating shops or third party laboratory. Fresh graduates can also be considered.
- Familiar with the quality standards of ISO9000 and ISO17025.
- Good English reading and writing skills, basic oral English communication.
- Excellent knowledge of office-related software.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding the qualification set to qualify for the opening.
- Strong communication skills at the pressure sometimes.
