专业1:机械设计制造及其自动化
职能类别:售前技术支持工程师
协助销售团队为客户提供技术支持和解决方案，包括产品选型、技术咨询、方案设计等；
学习并掌握公司产品知识、技术原理和应用场景；
协助进行产品演示、技术培训和客户现场支持；
收集客户反馈，分析技术需求，撰写技术报告；
参与公司内部技术交流和培训，提升专业技能；
完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职资格
本科及以上学历；机械制造、流体、过程控制或材料专业优先；
2年以下工作经验；
对机械行业有基本认识，能够阅读技术图纸，了解机械设计原理及工艺方案；
熟练使用办公软件；英语6级或以上；
具备良好的沟通呈现能力，团队合作精神和客户服务意识；
学习能力强，能够主动获取并掌握必须的知识和经验；
工作积极主动，责任心强，目标导向；
对技术支持及销售工作充满热情，并愿意在该领域长期发展。
