工作职责:
1、Organize the project team to carry out product development and design, new technology research, cost accounting, project planning and control;
组织项目小组，进行产品开发设计，新技术研究，成本核算，项目计划与控制；
2、Coordinate and organize project team members and relevant parties at various stages of project development to formulate plans for product realization and cost control and track their closed - loop;
在项目开发各个阶段协调组织项目组成员及相关方，就产品的实现和成本控制制定计划并跟踪其闭环；
3、Organize the stages of the project, allocate and adjust project resources, including schedule, budget, resources, and quality goals;
组织项目的阶段，分配和调整项目资源，包括进度，预算，资源和质量目标；
4、Organize the identification of the key characteristics of the product and the formulation and issuance of technical documents and project files at each stage, and participate in the review of the product design results (2D&3D);
组织识别产品的关键特性和完成各阶段的技术文档和项目文件的制定和发行，参与产品设计结果审核（2D&3D）；
5、Participate in customer meetings, communicate with customers, and provide solutions to customer requirements;
参加客户会议，与客户交流，并就客户的要求提供解决方案；
任职资格:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, majors in automotive, machinery, languages (English, Japanese, Korean, German) and other related fields are preferred;
本科及以上学历，汽车、机械、语言类（英语、日语、韩语、德语）等相关专业优先；
2、Possess good learning ability, communication skills, logical thinking ability, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、逻辑思维能力，以及强烈的责任心和团队协作精神；
3、Proficient in using office software, passed CET - 4, and have good oral English skills;
熟练应用office办公软件，通过CET - 4，有良好英语口语能力；
4、Familiar with the basic methods of project management (PMP certification is preferred);
熟悉了解项目管理的基本方法（PMP认证者优先）；
5、Able to withstand certain work pressure and have a challenging spirit.
