【工作内容】
- 协助项目经理及施工主管进行现场施工管理，包括进度控制、质量监控和安全管理。
- 参与施工图纸和技术文件的审核，确保施工过程符合设计要求和规范标准。
- 负责施工现场材料、设备和人员的协调安排，保证施工顺利进行。
- 记录施工日志，定期向上级汇报项目进展情况，并参与工程验收工作。
- 学习并掌握相关施工技术和管理知识，为未来的职业发展打下坚实基础。
【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历，土木工程、建筑工程等相关专业优先考虑。
- 对建筑施工有浓厚兴趣，愿意从基层做起，学习施工技术和管理知识。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够适应工地环境。
- 工作认真负责，具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力。
