61 Hourly worker recruiting process handling: communicate with agency, arrange interviews, accepting candidates, coordinate with production
工人招聘：负责与劳务公司和生产部沟通工人招聘需求；组织并安排面试及后续工人入离职等
61 Hourly worker database & profile maintain: entry & exit, keep the data updated
工人数据及档案维护：负责维护员工数据以及工人档案的管理，确保数据的更新和准确
61 Hourly worker attendance check: record, and check with production, make sure the data is correct
工人考勤核对：负责每月工人考勤核对并检查，确保数据的准确
61 Support on training room and presentation setup
