职位概述：
我们正在寻找一位对智能合约和后端开发充满热情的初级 Web3 开发员。此职位将专注于在 EVM 兼容链、Solana 和 Stellar 网络上构建和维护创新的区块链解决方案。
主要职责：
1. 协助设计、开发、测试和部署 EVM 兼容链、Solana 和 Stellar 上的智能合约。
2. 在高级开发人员的指导下学习和应用 Solidity/Rust/Node.js（或其他区块链专用语言）。
3. 与前端和设计团队合作，将智能合约集成到去中心化应用（dApps）中。
4. 使用合适的技术实现与区块链网络接口的安全和可扩展的后端解决方案。
5. 监控区块链网络活动，优化合约性能，并在问题出现时进行故障排除。
6. 参与测试和审核，以确保智能合约的安全性和效率。
7. 对技术文档做出贡献，以帮助未来的维护和扩展工作。
岗位要求：
1. 985/211大学计算机科学、工程或相关领域的学士学位，或具有同等经验。
2. 熟悉后端开发，有Nodejs/Java/Go/Rust开发经验优先。
3. 较强的分析能力和解决问题的技能。
