Position Summary (岗位描述):
1. Assisting Engineer to complete project setup, workability, test run, data collection/ analysis and documentation.
协助工程师完成项目的建立, 可行性评，试运行；各项数据的收集，分析，并整理报告。
2. Work according/under guidance based on defined processes and documentation. Share information & ideas and adapt to change. 根据定义的流程和文件指导下工作。共享信息和想法并适应变化。

Key Responsibility (主要职责)
1. Completing weekly tasks aligned with Engineer. Earlier escalation when realize task might be delay. 完成工程师安排的指定工作。如果工作任务延期，需要提前反馈。
2. Prepare drafting reports & documentations for Engineer. 为工程师准备起草报告和文件。
3. Collect and organize the existing test data and files, optimize the management and maintenance logic. 对现有的测试数据与文件进行收集整理，优化管理与维护逻辑。
4. Assist Engineers to revise documents and processes, share solutions and problem-solving ideas that can continuously improve the project. 协助工程师修订文件与流程，分享能够持续改善项目的方案及问题解决思路。
5. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 直接主管分配的其他任务。

Qualification (任职者要求)
1. Diploma or above in Metrology/Statistics/Control Technology and Instruments/Automation/Optical related major计量学/统计学/测控技术与仪器/自动化/光电相关理工科专业大专及以上学历
2. Be familiar with one of computer programming languages such as, C, C++, C#, Java, Python, VBA…熟练掌握至少一门计算机编程语言，如, C, C++, C#, Java, Python, VBA…
3. Experience in Task Management (priority vs. urgency principle) and earlier escalation to obtain support when see the needs在任务管理（优先级与紧急性原则）和早期升级方面的经验，以在看到需求时获得支持
4. Able to Setup Test System independently after training provided. Systematic Problem-Solving Methodology, e.g. 6-Sigma Yellow Belt, 8D, Why-why, etc. 经过培训后，能够独立设置测试系统。系统的问题解决方法，例如6西格玛黄带、8D、为什么等
5. IT skills: Microsoft Office 365 IT技能：Microsoft Office 365
6. English Level: Good in Literacy英语水平：识字良好
