主要职责
1. 客户支持
- 处理客户咨询、订单跟进及售后服务协调，确保客户满意度；
- 维护客户数据库，更新客户信息及合同信息。
2. 销售协助
- 协助销售团队准备报价单、合同、方案等文件；
- 跟进合同执行情况，协调招聘、后台等部门确保及时交付；
- 跟进项目回款，确保合同及时到款。
3. 数据分析与报告
- 统计销售数据，制作日报/周报/月报；
- 协助制定销售预测及业绩目标拆解。
4. 行政事务
- 管理销售文件归档、会议安排；
- 处理费用报销。
5. 跨部门协作
- 与招聘、人事、技术、财务等部门对接，确保信息同步。

岗位要求
1. 教育背景
- 大专及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理、贸易类相关专业优先。
2. 经验要求
- 1年以上销售支持、客服或行政相关经验，优秀应届生可放宽；
- 熟悉销售流程者优先。
3. 技能要求
- 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel数据透视表、PPT制作）；
- 良好的沟通能力、抗压能力及多任务处理能力；
- 细心负责，具备基础数据分析及汇报能力。
4. 加分项
- 英语读写熟练（需对接海外客户）；
