【Job Responsibilities】
1. Provide technical support, business process management, and functional consulting for SAP FICO (or MM) and PP modules; troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during system operation;
2. Ensure completeness and usability of documentation and program specifications related to FICO (or MM) and PP modules; assist in delivering training sessions as needed;
3. Monitor the application performance of FICO (or MM) and PP modules, identify and analyze issues, assess potential impacts, propose corrective actions, and regularly summarize and report usage insights and improvement opportunities;
4. Develop standards, procedures, and policies related to the application and management of FICO (or MM) and PP modules; define application objectives and strategies, and support cross-functional implementation;
5. Execute SAP-related tasks assigned by the company or functional departments; assist in system optimization and the promotion of SAP adoption across business units;
6. Coordinate external consultants and participate in SAP project implementation, including business analysis, process discussion, blueprint design, system testing, and rollout activities;
7. Support development and maintenance of reports related to FICO (or MM) and PP modules;
8. Perform other tasks assigned by management as required.

【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics Management, or a related field; capable of SAP process design and configuration; able to independently perform requirement analysis, blueprint design, and draft Functional Specifications (FS);
2. Good command of English communication skills, with the ability to use English as a working language; final interview will be conducted entirely in English;
3. SAP-related project experience in FICO, MM, or PP modules is a plus; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
4. Honest, proactive, and responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills;
5. SAP consultant certification is preferred;
6. Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Malaysia, Japan, South Korea), with each trip lasting approximately 2–3 weeks, and a travel frequency of 3–6 times per year.

【工作职责】
1. 负责公司SAP系统FICO、MM 、SD或 PP 模块业务的技术支持、业务管理和流程咨询，解决SAP系统运行中出现的相关问题；
2. 负责SAP系统FICO、MM 、SD或 PP 模块文件及程序说明书完整性和可用性、配合公司完成相关培训；
3. 监控FICO、MM 、SD或 PP 模块应用状况，及时发现存在的问题、判断问题的性质、分析可能造成的后果及问题产生的原因、提出整改措施，适时总结推广系统应用和管理经验，定期对模块应用情况进行总结和报告；
4. 制订FICO、MM 、SD或 PP 模块有关应用及管理方面的标准、制度和规定，提出模块应用的目标及实现目标的策略，协助各职能部门落实工作；
5. 落实公司、职能部门布置的有关SAP应用方面的工作，协助各部门做好SAP的优化提升和推广应用工作；
6. 协调外部顾问资源，进行SAP项目实施的业务调研、流程讨论、蓝图设计、方案测试等实施工作；
7. 完成FICO、MM 、SD或 PP 模块相关报表开发等事宜；
8. 完成领导临时交办的其它工作；

【职位要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息系统、物流管理等相关专业背景，具备 SAP 流程设计与系统配置能力，能够独立完成需求分析、蓝图设计、功能说明（FS）等文档撰写工作；
2. 具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够使用英语作为工作语言（终面将采用全英文面试）；
3. 欢迎优秀应届毕业生投递，具备 SAP 系统 FICO、MM 、SD或 PP 模块的实操经验者优先考虑；
4. 品行端正，积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作意识；
5. 持有 SAP 顾问认证者优先；
6. 能接受海外出差安排（目的地包括马来西亚、日本、韩国等），每次出差周期约为 2–3 周。
