岗位职责：
1、银行和现金业务管理：日常银行收付款，银行账户的管理和对账工作，掌握资金的收支情况，合理安排资金，监督控制经费执行情况
Banking& cash management: Daily Bank receipt and payments Bank account management and reconciliation, Master the income and expenditure of funds, arrange funds reasonably, supervise and control the implementation of funds
2、公司银行贷款项目管理：贷款的申请（包含政策搜集，文件准备、协调放款进度等)，还本还息等相关事务
Bank Loan project management: loan application Incl: Policy Gathering, paperwork preparing, Bank lending coordination, Interest & principal Repayment schedule, etc.
3、发票事务：***的开具，进项发票的认证、邮件发送、计账、客户和供应商函证及对账工作
Invoicing: Issue VAT invoicing & delivery, Input VAT Invoice Verification, Bookkeeping, Mail Customer & Vendor confirmation letter, AP & AR reconciliation
4、外币业务：外币收款、外汇申报、外币付款（含关联方往来）、结汇、外币交易
Foreign currency management: Foreign currency receipts & declarations, foreign currency payments process (including In-Co), Cash & FX transaction
5、应收应付：维护应收账款账龄分析和客户欠款表、协助销售提高回款、供应商付款计划分析和现金流分析
AR&AP: Maintain AR aging& arrears statement, Assist sales team in AP management & collection. Manage AP payment schedule and cash flow forecast
6、报表业务：Sales Database、Cashflow、银行余额调节表
Reporting: Support to Collect Sales Database, Cashflow rolling forecast, Bank statement reconciliation,
7、定期按要求装订财务凭证，支持年度财务审计和特殊项目审计财务凭证查询
Periodically bind financial documents according to general requirement，Provide support to annual financial audit and Special program audit.
8、快速响应其他部门需求，协同工作，支持公司改革和新项目开展.
Quickly respond to the other departments, Work in Collaboration Support company reform and new project landing
9、加强安全防范意识，严格执行财务管理方面的安全制度
Strengthen security awareness and strictly implement the security system in financial management
10、深入熟悉公司业务，依据公司业务发展战略，提供财务支持
Deeper study company's business, and provide financial support along with corporation development strategy

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，财务有关专业，有财务及出纳岗位工作相关经验者优先。
College degree or above, major in finance-related fields, and those with relevant work experience in finance and cashier positions are preferred.
2、有工业制造行业财务及成本核算经验优先考虑
Financial and cost accounting experience in industrial manufacturing industry is preferred
3、英语CET-4及以上，能读懂基本英文邮件和简单听说交流。
English CET-4 or above, can read basic English email and simple communication
4、基本的PC知识，熟练的outlook，Excel和word等软件技能，熟悉ERP系统财务模块
Basic PC knowledge, Excellent in Outlook, Excel, Word office software, Familiar with ERP system finance module
