岗位职责：
1、参与NLP/LLM相关技术研发与落地应用，包括模型训练微调优化等，应用于具体业务场景；
2、跟进NLP/LLM前沿技术发展趋势，研究探索相关算法的创新优化和落地。
任职要求：
1、计算机科学、数学、统计学或相关领域的本科及以上学历；
2、熟练掌握python，深度学习框架（如pytorch，tensorflow等），tensor运算；
3、具备扎实的数据结构和算法基础，对NLP/LLM有深入理解，能够独立完成算法的设计与实现；
4、优秀的问题分析与解决能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情；
5、良好的沟通和团队协作能力，良好的英文读写能力。
加分项：
1、在NLP/LLM有相关项目研发经验者优先；
2、在顶会或国际期刊发表过文章；
