Responsibilities
61 Strong responsibility for following up procedure carefully.
61 Maintain the project information in IT system (TE Project).
61 According to project manager’s request to create and update the documents, like excel format action plan, MS-project timeline file etc.
61 Good communications within cross-functions to collect and transfer the valuable information and data.
61 Project meeting minutes records and distributing.
61 Maintain the project resource plan according to Work Breakdown Structure （WBS） in project system after project manager and function manager assign the resource.
61 Maintain the project schedule in project system after project manager and function manager determine the job breakdown with duration.
61 Record the risks with contingency plans after the project team and extended team identify the risks in advance.
61 Input the required information and generate project report which needs to be presented to senior management.
61 Other assignments


Qualifications
61 Preferred majors:Software engineering, Project Management, Finance/Accounting, Statistics, Marketing etc.
61 Good skills at MS-Office: EXCEL, MS-project is a plus.
61 Good willingness of learning / exploring new things, Brave to ask questions about things that not fully understand, Brave to raise concerns.
61 Good skills in English reading and writing.
61 Good self-motivation and result-driven
61 Flexible work schedule to effectively work global teams and diverse cultural backgrounds
