岗位职责
1. 规划/执行/评估 搜索广告投放，包括搜索引擎/社交媒体及电商平台的搜索广告产品；
Plan, execute and evaluate search-based marketing campaigns to target audiences regarding Search Engine Ads, social media search ads, e-commerce search ads, etc.
2. 探索中国和韩国市场的搜索引擎优化（中国市场：百度/必应；韩国市场：Naver）；
Explore Search Engine Optimization in China (Baidu & Bing) and South Korea (Naver).
3. 参与跨BU/跨媒介的整合广告投放；
Participate in cross-BU initiatives/campaigns/projects to capture business opportunities.
4. 参与管理品牌抖音官方账号，并通过跨平台的数据流转和分析探索社交平台的营销自动化；
Manage Douyin official accounts and implement integration to other data management platforms/tools to realize marketing automation at social end.
5. 探索并发展新的媒介渠道以提升品牌认知度/品牌形象及业务表现；
Pilot and develop new media channels for lead generation and brands awareness/ reputation.
6. 与全球营销团队保持密切配合；
Work closely with global teams on various campaigns/marketing related projects, and roll out Demand Generation standard work to upgrade DemandGen capability for the whole organization.

1.数字营销/营销/广告/工商管理或计算机专业
Bachelor degree or above in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or Computer Science
2.具有搜索引擎广告(SEA/SEM)或搜索引擎优化经验者优先
Experience in Search Engine Ads (or SEM) or Search Engine Optimization is preferred
3.具有社交媒体运营/社交媒体广告投放(抖音平台)经验者优先
Experience in campaign execution on social media (Douyin, tiktok, etc.) is preferred
4.韩语能力是加分项
