职位描述

岗位职责：

Teaching & Classroom Management

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons (songs, games, storytelling, etc.).

Maintain a fun, safe, and interactive learning environment.

Child Development & Care

Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based activities.

Assist with daily routines (meals, naps, hygiene) alongside local staff.

Cultural Exchange

Introduce Western teaching methods and cultural elements.

Collaborate with Chinese teachers to blend bilingual education.

Communication & Feedback

Provide regular updates to parents on children s progress.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions.

School Activities

Participate in events (holiday celebrations, performances, parent-open days).

岗位要求：

Requirements：

Native speaker from English-speaking country

Bachelor Degree or above, no major limited

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certified
