Responsibilities:
1.-promote innovative technical solutions to customers,
2.-understand & analyze customers technical requirements for product functions and standards,
3.-transfer customers technical requirements to SHP Kunshan R&D Center,
4.-assist SHP Kunshan R & D Center and the customers for Product Development regarding communication and technical support,
5.-assist SHP Kunshan Quality Department for handling after-sales customer complaints, follow up action, corrective action and feedback.
Qualification Requirements:
6.Major in machinery, with a bachelor's degree or above.
7.English and Chinese are the working languages.
8.Familiar with the design and production process of cosmetic packaging materials.
9.Familiar with the product development process, and have practical operation experience for no less than 1 year.
