1.依法严格贯彻执行安全生产规章制度和操作规程，并积极配合监督检查；
2.负责本岗位工作领域内的隐患排查，发现安全隐患及时报告，对风险和隐患按照规定的控制措施，有效进行管控，并配合 问题隐患的整改落实；
3.积极参与本岗位相关应急预案的演练，熟知本岗位预案的处置流程，明晰预案中自身的职责及应急处置方法；发现安全事故事件及时上报，不得推迟上报，隐瞒不报，或不实上报；
4.办公室的前台工作
5.办公室维护管理
7.软服务管理包括保洁、安保、绿植等
8.处理内部客户的需求，包括大楼门禁卡、家具及钥匙。
9.费用支付事务，包括对于现场办公室的租金、管理费、保洁、安保等。
10.其他另行安排事务。
任职要求：
1.专科，本科大三在校生
2.良好的MS办公软件操作技能（Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word）
3.良好的协调能力
4.每周至少保证工作3个工作日
