ACCOUNTABILITY:
To learn supply chain knowledge and customer service responsibility. To learn Lubrizol business and product. To conduct or assist projects for improvement based on the understanding for daily operation and process.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
1, Order management
61 Order placement, ensuring accuracy in order details, coordinating with other teams such as Logistics, Demand & Supply Planner, and other functions to ensure timely delivery. Distribute invoices and other documentation to customers, banks and concerned parties in a timely and accurate manner.
61 Process requests and deliveries for free of charge samples with appropriate approvals and following established policies, procedures and tools.

2. Supply chain process learning
o Learn order to cash process and customer service role.
o Understand customer expectations and business needs.

3. Business learning
o Gain knowledge of different business units and primary product domains.
o Understand business requirements for supply chain operation.

4. Reporting and Data Analysis:
o Learn how to use BOBJ and PBI to get the report to analyze.

5. Conduct or assist to Continuous Improvement project
61 Support a sample enhancement project, and user training.
61 Conduct LZA China customer survey
61 Assist to supply lead time optimization project.


REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Education & Professional Background:
61 Bachelor or above degree
61 No limitation to Professional Background

Knowledge & Skills
61 Fluent in English and Mandarin (Verbal and written)
61 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
61 Positive attitude and team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
61 Problem-solving aptitude and attention to details.
