General Requirements:
1. base in Taicang or Shanghai with limited travel to Thailand
2. 1 year duration
3. Speaking good English & Chinese. Thai is plus
4. With technical background as major for mechanical designing engineering related
5. To support Thailand for project management, customer project communication, documentation management, technical aspects checking etc.
Main Tasks:
61 Customer Communication: the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating technical issues, and ensuring clear communication between internal teams and clients.
61 Project Coordination: manage and coordinate various aspects of projects, from initial requirements to final implementation, ensuring projects stay on track and meet customer expectations
61 Technical Support: provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them understand and use products or solutions effectively, and resolving technical issues by communicating with an internal engineering team.
61 Translate: E-mails and technical requests from the customer (Chinese → English)
61 Translate internal engineering responses and documents back into Chinese
61 Assist with basic understanding and explanation of mechanical/technical terms
61 Join meetings and provide simple interpretation if needed
61 Track open topics and update both internal and external stakeholders
