岗位职责：
1.数据模型开发： 设计、开发和维护人力资源数据分析模型。
2.工具开发： 开发自动化工具和仪表板，用于人力资源数据的收集、整理、分析和可视化。
3.数据分析： 对人力资源数据进行深入分析，提供洞察和建议，支持人力资源决策。
4.数据管理： 确保数据的准确性和完整性，建立和维护人力资源数据库。
5.报告生成： 定期生成人力资源分析报告，向管理层提供关键指标和趋势分析。
6.跨部门合作： 与IT、财务等部门合作，确保数据的一致性和可用性。
7.培训与支持： 为人力资源团队提供数据分析和工具使用的培训和支持。


任职要求：
1.教育背景： 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机科学、信息管理、人力资源或相关专业优先。
2.工作经验： 有数据分析或人力资源分析经验者优先。
3.技能要求：
熟练掌握数据分析工具（如Python、R、SQL等）；熟悉数据可视化工具（如Tableau、Power BI等）；具备良好的统计分析和数据建模能力；熟悉人力资源相关指标和流程；能够独立工作并管理多个项目。

4、加分项：有机器学习或人工智能相关经验；熟悉人力资源管理软件（如SAP HR、Workday等）。
