Job description:
-Receive visitors to office in accordance with office procedure
-Carry out routine clerical activities at the reception area
-To answer telephone calls, screen telephone calls, greet personal callers and transfer calls to colleagues in other parts of the office
-Take messages and pass them on colleagues in the agreed manner
-To receive and process incoming and outgoing mails
-Check and purchase goods and material, such as inventory of stationary, etc., and distribute to colleagues
-Responsible for sending and receiving deliveries, letters, express, newspapers and periodicals, documents, etc
-Cooperate with Line Manager and department colleagues for other tasks if any.

Qualifications
-College diploma or above-
-Relevant experience of dealing with students, parents, visitors and internal staff preferred

Skills
-Ability to process a good email and telephone manner
-Ability to communicate effectively and politely in English
-Ability to keep calm in a crisis
-Basic knowledge of a variety of administrative tasks
-Good IT skills
