You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS?
This is a 12-month-program to prepare you to become our next generation of Solution Engineers for Contract Logistics. You will be equipped with our methodology, values and skills about solution design. Our comprehensive program includes:
61Hands-on operation experience by working in a fulfilment or distribution center for 3 months
61Classroom training and e-learning sessions to develop professional logistics knowledge about and beyond customer solutions
61A dedicated coach from one of our experienced engineers for the whole journey
61Development assessments and feedback to identity your strengths and development areas
61A community with peers from different countries
61Exposure with customers and senior management team members
61Learning and practicing the theory of designing efficient warehouse solutions including layout, processes, warehouse management system and assessing different options for mechanisation and automation
61Presenting your design in a commercial model to demonstrate the value of your technical proposal

WHAT WILL IT BE LIKE TO GOING THROUGH THE PROGRAM? We want to be the best company to work for + the best company to work with. You will play a key role towards customer excellence focusing on delivering the highest quality of customer solutions in the market. Your training will be structured with clear objectives. Coaching and real-time feedback will be provided to steer your development into the right direction. On the job training will be paired with classroom training to ensure a balanced and comprehensive learning path. With that you will be able to design a contract logistics solution independently upon the completion of the program and become a Customer Solutions Analyst after graduation. 公司简要介绍：
