Overview of Role
You will engage in comprehensive training programs, rotational assignments, and projects within the supply chain. This role is designed to provide exposure to various organizational functions and build your professional skills, and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. You will also receive mentorship from experienced professionals, providing guidance and support as you navigate your training journey.


Core Responsibilities
* Reflect and role model BOA's vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Manufacturing Excellence team and rest of the organization
* Participate in a structured on-the-job training program with rotational assignments across key supply chain functions, such as planning, purchasing, customer service, and logistics, to develop hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of operations
* Lead impactful projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall performance within supply chain operations, while receiving guidance and support from your manager
* Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on global projects, ensuring alignment within the supply chain team and providing valuable input as a supply chain representative to broaden your industry exposure, strengthen business acumen, cultivate a global mindset, and build professional networks across diverse cultures and markets
* Conduct research, perform data analysis, and create documentation to support strategic decision-making and ongoing process improvements
* Bring fresh ideas and innovative insights to discussions, leveraging your unique perspective to drive problem-solving and process optimization
* Acquire in-depth knowledge of production processes and product categories through hands-on experience, enabling you to excel in critical supply planning activities, including End-Of-Life planning, forecasting and capacity planning, inventory management, Sales and Operations Planning, and KPI tracking


Required Qualifications
* Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
* Recent graduates (within the last 1-2 years) or upcoming graduates
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
* Willingness to rotate and work across various departments and undertake diverse tasks
* Occasional travelling is required


Desired Qualifications
* Advanced computer skills in Excel (pivot table, macros, VLOOKUP, etc.)
* Familiar with Power BI or other digital platforms are an advantage
