Job Descriptions 工作职责:
1. The daily visit, call reception and transfer
前台日常访客接待、电话接听及转接
2. Daily maintenance of office environment
日常办公环境维护
3. Employee attendance management
员工考勤管理
4.Assist arrange and manage company vehicle.
协调公司车使用安排及管理
5. Assist arrange all of company activities (Birthday party, Outing, Annual Dinner etc.).
协助安排公司活动(生日会、公司旅游、年会等）
6.Daily administrative affairs, such as booking business trips, hotels, ordering and distributing office supplies, printing business cards, maintaining office equipment, etc
日常行政事务，如预订出差机票、酒店，订购并发放办公用品、名片打印、办公设备维护等
7.To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
根据公司需求，完成其他临时工作。

Job requirements 岗位要求:
-行政管理、人力资源管理、物流管理、国际商务等相关专业在校2026应届毕业生
-对货运行业、国际贸易、国际物流相关行业感兴趣
-电脑操作熟练，熟悉word、excel等基本办公软件，能适应电子化办公环境
-有责任心，良好的学习能力和沟通能力，能适应团队工作协助
-英语达到四级水平或同等水平，能适应英文工作环境
-实习时间：周一到周五到岗，可实习6个月以上 公司简要介绍：
