【工作内容】
- 负责公司生物试剂产品的市场开拓与销售工作，执行并完成公司产品年度销售计划。
- 积极开发新客户资源，扩大客户群体，与客户保持良好的沟通，及时了解客户需求。
- 定期拜访客户，充分了解客户需求并积极跟进，设置客户跟踪计划，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。
- 及时收集、反馈市场信息，维护公司与客户之间的良好关系。
- 参与公司组织的各项活动及培训，提升个人综合能力。
【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历，生物科学、化学、医药等相关专业优先考虑。
- 3年以上相关行业销售经验，有生物试剂销售经验者优先。
- 具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力。
- 工作认真负责，具有较强的学习能力和抗压能力，能够在高压环境下高效工作。
- 熟悉生物试剂市场，掌握一定的客户资源，能独立进行客户开发与维护。
- 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够适应经常性出差的工作安排。 公司简要介绍：
