【项目介绍】
1、为在校大学生设计，为期三个月的高潜力人才培育计划。
2、轮岗机制。项目涉及到日化品的全领域实习，从工厂，市场一线到办公室职能部门，到国内外市场一线，注重基础工作能力的实操锻炼。
3、设置市场类、行政职能类、销售类、供应链类等工作方向

【岗位要求】
1、面对群体：海内外高校大三（升大四）、研二（升研三）在校生，不限专业；985,211大学优先；
2、英语口语熟练，适应全英文工作场景，至少有英语六级证书；
3、有相关实习经历者优先考虑；
4、希望的专业方向：
- 工科专业，有Ai上的应用上获奖的优先
- 美术、传媒、设计相关专业
- 语言/商务相关
- 其他专业，但对相关工作方向感兴趣的，也可以投递

实习福利：
1、实习津贴，150--300元/天；
2、深度参与一线快消业务，获得宝贵行业知识与学习证书；
3、实习经历证明；

【Program Introduction】

This is a three-month high-potential talent development program designed for university students.

Job rotation mechanism. The program offers hands-on experience across the full spectrum of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), from factories and frontline market roles to office functions and domestic/international market operations, focusing on practical skill-building in foundational work.

We offer career tracks in marketing, administrative functions, sales, and supply chain.

Outstanding participants may secure a full-time job offer from Wealthfields in advance.

【Position Requirements】

Target Group: Domestic and international university students currently in their junior year (rising seniors) or second year of graduate studies (rising third-year graduate students), all majors are welcome; preference given to those from 985,211 universities.

Proficient in spoken English and comfortable working in an all-English environment; must possess at least a CET-6 certificate (or equivalent).

Candidates with relevant internship experience will be given priority.

【Preferred Academic Backgrounds】

- Engineering majors, with preference given to those who have won awards for AI applications.

- Art, media, or design-related majors.

-Language or business-related majors.

-Candidates from other majors who are interested in relevant work directions are also welcome to apply.

【Internship Benefits】

Daily stipend of RMB 150–350.

Training in foundational professional and technical skills, along with a learning certificate.

Official internship experience certificate.
