Brand & PR:
1. 协助跟进大型活动项目进度 30%
- 合同过审、付款用印申请、部门及vendor沟通，产品手册抠图、信息文案及校对
2. 协助素材更新 20%
- Global素材更新情况核查、新素材下载、已有素材梳理。
- 品牌产品手册catalog内容梳理、翻译汉化
- 文稿翻译、汇总并整理各品牌数据；digital calendar跟进
3. 协助管理各品牌物资 ( Sample / GWP) 20%
- 物资申请领用、清关报关、物流进度跟进、清点、分配及存储等事宜
- PR 样品整理，包括确认到仓情况、seeding调货申请、快递寄发。

4. 协助完成各类市场调研 20%
- 竞品市场信息收集、竞品动态收集、品牌素材收集
5. 日常filing： 10%
Social &Digital:
1. 协助跟进拍摄项目
合同准备，过审、付款申请单填写，用印申请、产品图拍摄vendor沟通，样品清点邮寄，后期校对等
2. 协助管理seeding 调货，收集整理kol邮寄信息，调货申请单填写及后续追踪等\
Sports marketing：
1. 协助向客服提报FOC request
2. 费用统计和整理。

Key performance metrics: That the role influences and controls.
1 Bachelor’s degree or above.
2 4 days a week, especially on Monday to Thursday and those who can work for more than 3 months are preferred.
3 Proficient in Excel, Pivot table/Vlookup are the must.
