职位目的:
通过系统培训，熟练掌握BAC产品知识、技术和销售技能，成长为专业的销售工程师，独立开拓市场，传递BAC产品及服务的价值，为客户提供解决方案，赢得客户信任，持续提升客户体验，从而不断提升所属行业的客户覆盖率及市场份额。

主要职责:
1. 在公司规划的时间内接受学习和培训，熟练掌握BAC产品知识和技术，包括性能、特点、优势、应用等。
2. 参与客户、设计院、总部等拜访，学习了解客户需求，挖掘客户痛点，掌握项目销售的方法。
3. 关注市场动态，收集市场信息，如竞争对手产品动态、价格策略等
4. 按时完成培训学习工作总结汇报。
5. 保持和维护好与同事、同行、经销商、业主甲方、总包方等行业内人员，尤其是终端用户的沟通和关系。
6. 有效达成公司分配的学习和销售目标。

任职要求：
1. 制冷、机械、建环、能动、给排水或电气及相关专业，本科及以上学历，应届大学毕业生或2年以内工作经验。
2. 具备基础机械、传热知识，熟练操作办公软件，有一定数据分析能力。
3. 具备出色的沟通表达能力，优异的学习与问题解决能力，良好的团队协助精神。
4. 具有良好的抗压能力，保持身心积极健康。
5. 具备优异的客户服务意识与创新精神。
6. 热爱销售工作，有志在销售领域长远发展，未来的工作中能接受经常出差。
