Role Summary: Responsible for supporting logistics operations through data handling, system updates, and coordination with internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
1) Transport Plan Tracking and Updates
2) Check Outlook inbox daily for emails from freight forwarders. Extract key shipping information (e.g., ETA, HB/L, destination port) and update the Excel-based shipment tracker and SAP system to maintain real-time logistics visibility.
3) Spare Parts Warehouse Record Maintenance
4) Assist with the regular tracking and management of spare parts inventory. Record usage and issue transactions, and ensure accurate updates in SAP or QAD to reflect physical stock movement.
5) Import & Export Logistics Data Management
6) Maintain accurate records of import/export activities, including PO numbers, shipping modes, destinations, and delivery dates. Ensure consistency between Excel records and SAP order data for customs clearance and warehousing.
7) Invoice Filing and Payment Support
8) Organize freight and procurement-related invoices. Record details into internal invoice logs to support the finance team or vendors with accurate and timely payment preparation.
9) Document Filing and General Logistics Support
10) Manage electronic filing of logistics documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs forms), and assist the logistics team with other ad hoc or administrative tasks as required. 公司简要介绍：
