岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
1. 行政管理与后勤支持
Office Administration & Facilities Support
负责办公室日常运营事务,包括办公用品采购、库存管理及费用优化,确保资源高效使用;
Responsible for daily office operations, including office supply procurement, inventory management, and cost optimization to ensure efficient resource usage.
对接物业、供应商与外部服务商,协调办公环境维护、设备维修等后勤事务;
Coordinate with property management, vendors, and external service providers for office maintenance and facility management.
管理固定资产及设备台账,定期盘点更新。
Maintain fixed asset records and conduct regular inventories.
2. 活动策划与执行
Event Planning & Execution
统筹公司内部活动(如节日庆典、团建、年会、客户接待等)的策划与执行;
Plan and execute internal company events such as festivals, team building, annual parties, and client receptions.
组织员工关怀活动(如生日会、健康日、下午茶等),增强员工归属感;
Organize employee care activities such as birthday celebrations, wellness days, and office refreshments to boost engagement.
协助企业文化推广,如价值观传播、培训支持等。
Assist with employer branding and culture-building initiatives, including company value promotions and training support.
3. 员工服务与入职支持
Employee Services & Onboarding Support
协助新员工入职流程,包括资料收集、系统录入、办公资源准备与引导;
Support end-to-end onboarding processes, including document collection, system entry, workspace setup, and orientation.
管理人事档案与花名册,确保信息及时更新与保密;
Maintain and update HR records and employee rosters with accuracy and confidentiality.
协助员工证明开具、人事服务事务等日常工作。
Assist with employee service tasks such as issuing certificates or supporting HR documentation.
4. 品牌宣传与部门协作
Corporate Communication & Cross-functional Support
对接公司公众号内容(如活动宣传、素材收集、图文发布等),支持企业形象传播;
Assist with content collection and publication for the company’s official WeChat/public account and internal branding.
支持其他部门行政事务,如会议安排、访客接待、活动支援等;
Support other departments with admin tasks such as meeting logistics, visitor reception, and ad-hoc event assistance.
任职要求 / Requirements
基本条件 / Basic Qualifications
本科及以上学历,行政管理、人力资源、工商管理、英语等相关专业优先;
Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, HR, Business Management, English, or related fields preferred.
熟练使用办公软件(Excel/PPT/Word),具备良好的数据处理能力;
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), with strong data handling skills (e.g., pivot tables, reports).
能够处理英文邮件、文件,或与外籍员工沟通;
Able to handle English emails/documents and communicate with foreign staff when needed.
经验与能力 / Experience & Skills
1年以上行政或人力资源相关经验(优秀应届生可考虑);
At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin/HR roles (excellent fresh graduates are also considered).
熟悉采购、资产管理、活动组织流程;
Familiar with office procurement, asset management, and event organization processes.
有公众号运营经验者优先(图文排版、内容编辑等);
Experience in public account operation (e.g., WeChat) is a plus.
具备良好的沟通协调能力,条理清晰,执行力强。
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a structured mindset and high execution ability.
加分项 / Preferred Skills
熟练使用Canva、PS等设计工具,或掌握基础视频剪辑技能;
Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools is a plus.
