We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, this role is for you!

工作职责 / Key Responsibilities
1.PTP：
负责全国直采部分发票审核入账工作，达到账实相符，确保每月能够在相应时间节点完成发票入账；
负责各直采供应商每月付款数据提供、审核，避免多付、错付等情况发生，并于直采供应商完成月度对账；
及时与采购团队沟通，督促供应商及时***，减少账面未达账项；
关注账面预付、应付对冲情况，避免双方科目存在倒挂未及时核销，减少账面金额税务；
集团内关联交易核对，为中央集采做准备。
2.库存核算：
负责区域内存货核算工作，每月末对存货单据进行核查，确保能够顺利结账；
固定审查门店库存流转情况，提存货周转率，减少成本，保证存货流通性；
季度进行库龄分析，及时与门店对接，减少库存滞留而造成存货出现过时、退市等情况，计提存货减值测算。
3.内控方面：
检查门店合规性，避免存在资源分配造成的浪费等情况；
按集团规章制度，监督应付单据合规性，减少审计风险。
1.PTP（procurement02to02payment）
Review and post nationally direct procurement invoices to ensure accounting records match actual transactions, and complete invoice entries by the required monthly deadlines;
Provide and verify payment data for direct procurement suppliers to prevent overpayment or incorrect payments, and complete monthly reconciliations with suppliers;
Proactively communicate with the procurement team to ensure suppliers submit invoices on time, minimizing unreconciled accounting entries;
Monitor prepaid and payable offsets to prevent unmatched entries and overdue reconciliations, reducing tax-related discrepancies;
Verify intra-group transactions in preparation for centralized group procurement.
2.Inventory Accounting
Perform month-end verification of inventory documents to ensure smooth financial closing;

Regularly review store-level inventory turnover, optimize stock circulation, reduce costs, and maintain liquidity;
Conduct quarterly inventory aging reviews, coordinate with stores to minimize obsolete or discontinued stock, and calculate necessary inventory impairment provisions.
3.Internal Control
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance and prevent resource wastage due to improper allocation;
Accounts Payable Document Oversight02– Monitor the compliance of payable documents in accordance with group policies to mitigate audit risks.

2.有初级会计资格认证；

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in02Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
