岗位职责：

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting customer demands and delivery challenges, and coordinate with relevant parties to provide delivery suggestions.

Support the senior in management of order demands according to different order types and assist with customer contracts and inventory management.

Help coordinate the matching of various demands and order delivery, including inventory management and logistical resource allocation.

Follow up on delivery conditions and variable factors, and communicate with sales to ensure smooth supply chain operations when needed.

Assist in planning and managing inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Support coordination with cross departments

Help monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize the supply chain.

Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.

Assist in resolving issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns.

岗位要求：

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fluent in German, English and Mandarin.

Able to work 4-5 days a week in office.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
