As the Intern, Finance, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Talent, Performance, Control and Growth programs support
61 Collect information of program nominees and input them into Talent Data
61 Support, translate trainings and support Finance Lexue
61 Analyse Performance, Control, Growth program participation status and update related tracker and information sheet
61 Coordinate communication between managers and hotels

Report & Data collection
61 Collection and basic analysis for draft data
61 Benchmark and GOL Monthly Send to hotel (via VBA)
61 Mooncake Weekly data collection (From July to September)
61 Monthly/ Quarterly Regional PPT (with standard template only)
61 Audit board regular update
61 Audit board Task assignment
61 Regular or Ad hoc Survey
GCM automation project
61 Provide edge IT knowledge, hopefully come out new solution for existing RPA
61 Programming, help to solve specific coding issue
61 Build simple bot for routine work
61 Help to do tool/bot testing
61 Handle automation related documentation

Others
61 Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
