1、参与校园招聘活动的策划与执行，包括但不限于校园宣讲会、招聘会等；
2、维护和开拓校园招聘渠道，建立良好的合作关系；
3、收集和整理校园招聘相关的资料和数据，进行分析并提出改进建议；
4、协助组织面试流程，筛选简历，安排面试日程；
5、跟进校园招聘进度，确保招聘计划按时完成。

岗位要求：
1、专业不限，人力资源等相关专业在校学生优先；
2、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
3、可实习6个月或以上；
4、具有较强的执行力和抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；
