工作职责：
1.参与建筑设计项目工作，包括项目概念发展，三维建模，二维图纸绘制，平面设计以及设计报告编撰；
2.能理解各类建筑设计图纸，配合主创设计师搜集资料、整理资料；
3.配合主创设计师进行方案创作，完善，深化部分方案设计图纸；
4.协助完成分析图、相关设计图纸的制作，建模，简单渲染加后期，各阶段的汇报文件、文本等；
5.对于能力强的候选人，同时还需要负责客户关系管理，团队管理，项目管理以及对于高难度设计问题的解决。

职位要求：
1.全日制建筑学或相关专业本科及以上学历，建筑学研究生学历优先；
2.具有0-2年以内建筑设计相关经验, 有海外学习工作经验者优先；
3.能熟练使用数字化设计软件及Adobe Creative Suite，有BIM设计经验者优先。优秀的二维和三维的表现能力；
4.具有优秀的设计天赋，合做协调和中英文交流沟通的能力，具备在多专业和跨文化环境下工作的意愿；
5.良好的团队协作和服务意识，富有责任心。

Responsibilities：
1.Involved in architectural design projects, including project design concept development, 3D modeling, 2D drawing illustration, graphic diagram design and design report documentation.
2.Understanding all kinds of architectural design drawings, cooperate with the chief designers to collect and sort out materials.
3.Cooperate with chief designers to create schemes, improve, and deepen part of the scheme design drawings.
4.Responsible for diagrams, technical drawings, 3d models, basic renderings, and physical models, assist to deliver presentations materials and reports, etc.
5.Candidates with further experience are also accountable for client management, team management, project management and complex problem solving of design issues.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in Architecture or equivalent; master's degree in architecture is preferred.
2.Within 0-2 years of relevant experience in architectural design, oversea study and work experience is preferred.
3.Proficient in digital design software and Adobe Creative Suite, BIM experience is preferred. Excellent illustration skill in 2D and 3D.
4.Strong design flair, coordination, and communication skills in both English and Chinese, and willing to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-culture environment.
5.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility. 公司简要介绍：
