Be the PUR bonding technical key role, to execute all the tech pack needs, also risk assess development and bulk.

作为PUR粘合技术关键??，执?所有技术包需求，同时评估开发与?货阶段的?险。

1、Tech pack execution:

1.1 Participate both internal design and customer tech pack hand over meeting, assign all the PUR bonding parameter for related construction.

1.2 Coordinate all the PUR technical works: printing AI draft, glue selection, all parameter validation, parameter sheet confirmation, scan all PUR sample quality, etc

1.3 Assign PUR quality standard when needed.

1.4 Consider PUR construction in a reasonable price point.

Tech Pack执?：

1.1 参与内外部设计及客户技术包交接会议，分配所有PUR粘合?艺相关参数。

1.2 协调所有PUR技术?作：包括AI打样稿、胶?选型、参数验证、参数表确认、PUR样品质量扫描等。

1.3 必要时指定PUR质量标准。

1.4 在合理成本范围内考量PUR?艺?案。

2、Risk assessment:

2.1 Risk assess all PUR construction: development & production feasibility, also consideration of production efficiency.

2.2 Understand PUR related machine capability & able to set up machine for sample execution.

2.3 Know well PUR glue selection, supplier matrix.

3、Management:

Manage PUR execution team to deliver sample quality in a timely manner, Inorder to meet both internal and external customer requirement.

管理：参与管理PUR执?团队，确保按时交付样品质量，满?内外客户需求。

4、Technical support :

Provide technical advice to both sample room & production. In terms of machine setting, parameter adjustment, quality issue problem solving, etc.

技术?持：为板房及?产端提供技术咨询，包括设备调试、参数调整、质量问题解决等。

Technical Skills：

1.Intimate apparel technical design knowledge: thorough understanding of intimate apparel style, construction, components, and product engineering, especially bonding knowledge.

2.Material knowledge: familiar with the characteristics, functions, and applications of various intimate fabrics & material, deeper understanding of PUR bonding material.

3.Bonding machine knowledge: Know well bonding machine setting, functions, and able to provide problem solving solution, which related to machine.

4.Technology development on PUR bonding: Able to explore and experiment new PUR bonding technologies, and provide technical solutions on bonding area.

5.Project management ability: organize and promote intimate research and development projects, specifically on PUR bonding.

2. 材料知识：熟悉各类贴??料及材料的特性、功能及应?，深?理解PUR粘合材料。

Languages：

Good written Chinese, English reading as plus.

创新研发助理：

Participate all intimate & sport wear innovation activities: research, brainstorming, execution, validation,

presentation, etc.

Support the intimate & sports wear team to develop and drive technical design and innovation

strategies and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to achieve continuous innovation and

optimization of technologies, improve product competitiveness, meet customer needs & drive business

growth.

1、Technical design:

1.1 To do research and develop intimate & sports wear product related technologies, such as fabric innovation, structural design, etc.

1.2 Promote the application and landing of new technologies in products.

1.3 Participate in product development projects, from concept to finished product management.

1.4 Coordinate the resources of each department to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

1.5 Support the implementation of technical quality standards.

1.6 Consider cost factors in the design and innovation process and optimize the cost structure.

1.7 Support technology patent and intellectual property application,management, and maintenance.

2、Innovation ideation:

2.1 Combine the market trend and the company s development goal, develop intimate & sports wear innovation strategy.

2.2 Focus on lingerie market dynamics, consumer demand and competition,analyze survey data to provide basis for design and innovation.

2.3 Establish cooperative relations with suppliers, scientific research institutions, etc., and obtain technical resources.

Support a technical design and innovation team to deliver in line with the business goals, establish & improve the technology research and development system, improve the overall technical level and innovation ability of the team.

1.Intimate apparel design knowledge: understanding of intimate apparel style, version,construction, components, and product engineering.

2.Material knowledge: familiar with the characteristics, functions, and applications of various intimate fabrics & materials.

3.Ergonomics knowledge: know how to make reasonable design according to the structure and movement characteristics of the human body.

4.Pad design and development knowledge: Knows intimate pad design and making technology as well.

5.Process technology: Familiar with various processes of intimate apparel, such as cutting,sewing, bonding, pattern, fitting, etc.

6.Technology development & Innovation ability: Join the team to explore and experiment new technologies, and able to constantly put forward novel design concepts and technical solutions.

7.Project management ability: Join the team to organize and promote intimate research and development projects.
