About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Legal Intern to assist with organizing and maintaining our internal contract database, with a focus on English-language commercial agreements. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining exposure to real legal documents and in-house legal operations within a multinational company.

Key Responsibilities
61 Manage and organize English-language contracts archived in the internal document management system
61 Identify and extract the key contract metadata (e.g., parties, dates, terms) from archived agreements
61 Provide support to the legal team on various ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications
61 Current undergraduate or graduate student in law, ideally with coursework in contract law or business law
61 Passed CET-6 or has an equivalent level of English reading and comprehension skills
61 Comfortable working extensively with English-language legal documents
61 Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work with monotonous or repetitive tasks
61 Proficient in Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
61 Reliable, diligent, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
61 Availability to work at least 3 days per week
