Your Key Responsibilities
● Post intercompany transaction invoice for inventory, service, and fixed assets, etc.
● Prepare document for bank payment and ensure proper approvals in place.
● Participate month/year-end close activities, meet all timelines, ensure timely and accurately intercompany reconciliation.
● Act for outstanding items and aged issue clearance.
● Make AP aging report.
● Align accounts payables IC practices with corporate policies and procedures.
● Other ad-hoc work assigned by direct manager.
Your Qualifications
● Ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure and meet deadline.
● Good communication skills and problem solving skills.
● Good team player.
● > 3 Days per week, >6 months' internship.
