Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：


The job holder is overall responsible to ensure a 24/7 multilingual (EN/CN) incidents response according to be defined certain scenarios and processes including reporting and documentation.


Key tasks:


Responsible for a 24/7 multilingual (EN/CN) incidents response according to be defined certain scenarios and processes, and act as deputy at the absence of senior management.
Responsible for continuous, around-the-clock security monitoring - 24/7/365 for a range of known and unknown risks, threats detection, incidents response.
Acting as the key role in developing the organization's incident response plan, which defines, activities, roles, responsibilities in the event of a threat or incident.
Provide training and support to employees on risks, emergency plans & activities and contacts, ensuring a thorough understanding of policies and procedures.
Manage documentation related to onsite monitoring and patrolling, emergency response processes, applications, forms, etc.
Acting as interface to crisis management team/ local committees, BUs, 3rd parties in case of disasters & emergencies.
Regular exchange with stakeholders regarding daily findings, trackings, etc.
Local implementation of measures required by laws, regulations, local policies, support the fire drill and ead the emergency response drill within the Hefei entities.
Responsible to record shift handover key points, risks, findings and a thorough communication with the next shift in charge.
Improve the Security organization's threat detection, response, prevention capabilities and conduct initial investigations by unifying and coordinating all security technologies and operations.
Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.


Qualification and skills:


Respective education background, University degree not mandatory
Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels (both in verbal and written)
Proven Proactive problem solving skills, excellent organization skills,
High flexible and strong ability in managing changes in time and to analyze and solve problems involving several options with limited information
