Job Overview
Support RD operations primarily in PR/PO creation, invoice processing, GHG reporting, and other documentation. Assist with logistics-related requests to enhance RD operational excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Efficiently create and maintain PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) in SAP to fulfill stakeholders' requirements.
2. Monitor PR approval progress and PO delivery timelines to ensure strict adherence to schedules.
3. Manage GR/IR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) processes, verify invoices, and submit them to the finance team for payment arrangement as required.
4. GHG report including pull data from SAP，Carbon Emission Data search。
5. Support documentation management, data registration, and analysis to enhance RD (Research & Development) operational efficiency.
6. Undertake additional projects/tasks assigned by the supervisor.
ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Qualifications:
1. Require strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and patience. Must be able to handle various details and follow up with different stakeholders.
2. Should be a quick learner, capable of grasping new concepts rapidly. Work diligently and proactively, with a good team spirit and the ability to collaborate across functions.
