工作职责：
Major local contact window for Polestar plant supply chain regarding freight payment for service providers.
Coordinate with carriers to generate the billing for transport, warehousing and packaging services.
Review and confirm the billing list with service providers based on contracts and rate tables and volumes transported.
Prepare all payment and evidence for the IBL internal approval and manager’s signature.
Deal with the deviations according to the process.
Process the internal approval and submit to finance department.
Other activities required by the line Manager.
Prepare monthly management reports and provide analyses for continuous improvement.
作为Polestar工厂入场物流服务提供商服务费确认和支付的主要联系窗口。
与承运人协调，生成运输、仓储和包装服务的账单。
根据合同、费率表和运输量，与服务提供商一起审查和确认账单。
准备所有付款和证据，供IBL内部批准和经理签字。
根据流程处理偏差。
处理内部审批并提交给财务部门。
直线经理要求的其他活动。
准备月度管理报告，并为持续改进提供分析。
任职要求：
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Familiar with transport mode, warehousing and packaging services.
Major in logistics/ trade / finance/ accounting is preferred.
Fluency in English communication is preferred
本科及以上学历。
了解物流运输方式、仓储和包装服务。
物流/贸易/财务/会计专业优先。
