61Implement and support the deployment of operational excellence leadership, principles, systems, tools, and results
落实实施并支持卓越运营领导力、原则、系统、工具和成果的部署
61Lead by example and embed PBM Guiding Principles as the foundation of the operational excellence strategy
以身作则，并将 PBM 指导原则作为卓越运营战略的基础
61Ensure that leadership RRE’s drive accountabilities for the development of a culture of operational excellence, optimization of the SQDC operating system, and accomplishment of CIP goals
确保通过以领导力 RRE为驱动的责任制， 以发展卓越运营文化、优化 SQDC 运营系统以及实现 CIP 的目标
61Support the medical facility operational excellence audits and the development of deployment roadmaps
支持工厂卓越运营成熟度评估，并制定改善路线图
61Ensure the implementation of operational excellence systems, which including, training materials, internal/external benchmarking, and communication strategies
确保卓越运营系统的落实实施，包括培训材料、内部/外部基准和沟通战略
61Support the evaluation of operational metrics and trends, PDCA thinking, scientific thinking, root cause analysis, and standard work at all levels of the organization to accomplish SQDC metrics/expectations
支持公司各级运营指标及其趋势、PDCA 及科学思维方式、根本原因分析和标准作业的评估，以完成 SQDC 指标/期望
61Partner with safety and quality organization leaders to optimize SQDC performance

Job Requirements:
